Team Leader – Landscaping CFC

Lucas Pizzelli Sàrl is looking for a qualified landscaping team leader to strengthen its team. Your profile: • CFC in landscaping or an equivalent deemed appropriate. • Proven experience in managing landscaping sites. • Excellent knowledge of French (oral and written). • Category B driving license indispensable. • Trailer license (BE) indispensable. • Excellent management and team leadership skills. • Organized, autonomous, rigorous and possessing a good sense of responsibility. • Capable of planning work, managing priorities and ensuring site follow-up. • Good interpersonal skills with clients, suppliers and collaborators. Your missions: • Supervise and support the teams in the field. • Actively participate in site work, particularly in landscape masonry (terraces, walls, stairs, paving, borders, etc.) • Planning of personnel, equipment and supplies. • Control of the quality of work and respect for deadlines. • Contact with clients and coordination with management. • Ensure compliance with safety rules.
