Your missions \- Ensure the maintenance of the general accounting of 5 branches \- Manage supplier and customer accounts \- Perform bank and accounting reconciliations \- Control receipts, payments, and financial flows \- Ensure the monitoring of debtors and creditors \- Establish VAT returns and ensure their compliance \- Prepare tax returns and required administrative documents \- Carry out monthly, quarterly, and annual closures \- Prepare audit files and collaborate with external partners \- Produce financial reports for the management \- Ensure accounting up to the balance sheet \- Participate in the continuous improvement of accounting and administrative processes Your profile \- Training in accounting, finance, or commerce (CFC, federal certificate, or equivalent training) \- Confirmed experience in a similar function \- Mastery of general accounting up to the balance sheet \- Very good knowledge of Swiss VAT and tax obligations \- Experience in managing several entities or branches, an asset \- Excellent mastery of computer tools and Excel Software used \- Winbiz, Crésus, Bexio, Data management and integration tools, Microsoft Office, in particular Excel We are looking for a person: \- Autonomous and rigorous \- Organized and able to manage several files simultaneously \- Reliable and discreet \- With an excellent sense of responsibility \- At ease in a dynamic operational environment We offer \- A free parking space \- A stable position within a growing company \- Varied responsibilities and great autonomy \- Direct collaboration with management \- A dynamic and versatile work environment An activity rate of 80% to 100% Entry into function to be agreed upon *Applications will be treated in complete confidentiality.*
