As a leading Swiss provider of wheels, rollers and transport equipment, we are looking for an independent personality who can roll up their sleeves for our warehouse in Kestenholz. In this role, you will manage the warehouse largely independently with a high degree of responsibility. Since you will not only be handling goods with us, but also professionally assembling and modifying wheels, rollers and transport equipment, we mandatorily require a technical background in the mechanical or technical field (e.g., as a mechanic, polymechanic, automotive specialist, production mechanic or agricultural machinery mechanic) for this position. You understand technical drawings and parts lists, possess manual dexterity, and always maintain an overview even during high workloads. Your main tasks • Warehouse management: Independent organization of incoming goods, quality control and professional storage. • Assembly work: Professional assembly, modification and adjustment of transport equipment, wheels and rollers according to specifications, parts lists or technical drawings. • Order picking: Preparation and transport-secure packaging of customer orders for daily shipping via parcel services and freight forwarders. • Process optimization: Assistance in maintaining stock levels and optimizing internal logistics processes. • Computer: PC and tablet knowledge Your profile • Education: Experience in the mechanical field (e.g., as a mechanic or employee in production, polymechanics, automotive - or agricultural machinery workshop or comparable). • Professional experience: Experience in the warehouse sector or logistics is an advantage, but not a must – career changers from the workshop are very welcome. • Readiness: To learn new things.
