August 2026 Job description The Verein Chinderhuus Muur offers family and school-supplementary care for over 200 children from 3 months to approx. 10 years and, to this end, operates a nursery in Ebmatingen and five after-school centers in Maur, Ebmatingen, Forch and Binz with approx. 45 employees. In order to meet the increased demand for school-supplementary care at the Aesch school complex, we are supplementing the existing after-school center with 17 childcare places with an additional after-school center on the school grounds, for which 17 childcare places are also planned. Both after-school centers will be operated with a joint early childhood and holiday care program as well as shared weekdays on Wednesday and/or Friday. As of 01. August 2026, we are looking for a co-educator FaBe EFZ childcare after-school care, 85%, for these after-school centers of the Aesch school. Under the leadership of the operations management and in cooperation with one group leader per operation, an apprentice and assistants, you are part of a great team and are co-responsible for the loving care and promotion of the children. In the function as a co-educator in the after-school center, you help shape the pedagogical and organizational work in everyday life and thereby find a good balance between free play and guided activities, based on our pedagogical concept. In doing so, the children are always at the center of your actions. You have an EFZ degree as a Fachperson Betreuung childcare, bring joy to pedagogical work and are committed. Good teamwork skills, reliability and a warm manner with the children characterize you. We offer an exceptionally warm, open, familiar and appreciative working environment.
