Experience and knowledge in hematology/oncology are an advantage but not a requirement. • You convince through your open and appreciative communication and your consistent service orientation • You bring enthusiasm and the will to contribute confidently and successfully in multi-professional teams • You communicate securely and confidently in German (at least level B2) • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
