Within our Grinding team, we are looking for our future Micromécanicien/ne 100% (F/H/X) Your mission ### Reporting to our grinding department, you ensure the setup of our machines and ensure that your production meets quality and deadline requirements. Your responsibilities ### • Prepare and set up machines by performing the selection and adjustment of tools and programs • Perform machining operations by material removal • Inspection of various parts • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards • Perform 1st level maintenance Your profile ### • CFC in polymechanic, micromecanic or training deemed equivalent • You master machining on CNC machines • A few years of experience in grinding or gear cutting would be a plus • You are comfortable with reading blueprints • Knowledge and training on Studer, Overbeck and/or Rewitech machines would be a plus • Spoken and written French, German would be a plus • Knowledge of the Office suite (Excel and Word), knowledge of SAP would be a plus • Meticulous, precise, organized, easy to adapt • Autonomous but capable of working in a team • Possibility to work in 2x8 shift schedules Workplace: Bienne ### What we offer you ### We offer you a demanding technological environment, where diversity of missions and industrial precision rhythm daily life.
