What awaits you As a Specialist in Facility Management, you monitor and maintain the building technical systems. You perform smaller carpentry, painting, masonry, locksmith and sanitary repairs independently. The care and cleaning of the outdoor areas is just as much part of your tasks as the professional disposal of various materials. We attach great importance to environmental protection and occupational safety. Your training is very diverse and varied, allowing you to acquire broad know-how.
