Clerk Prescribed Services – 100 % In the Prescribed Services area, you contribute daily to ensuring that services in the areas of nursing homes, Spitex, and paramedicine are processed correctly, efficiently, and in a customer-oriented manner. With your careful way of working, you check prescriptions and invoices, clarify facts, and ensure high-quality processing of our benefit cases. What you achieve daily You check and process invoices as well as prescriptions in the areas of nursing homes, Spitex, and paramedicine and ensure correct and efficient benefit processing in accordance with legal and contractual requirements. Through written and telephone exchange with insured persons, service providers, and internal specialist departments, you ensure understandable and reliable communication. If necessary, you obtain medical information and clarify open issues. With your customer-oriented way of working, you ensure a high service quality and contribute actively to ensuring that our insured persons always feel well taken care of. What you bring to the team You have completed training in the (para-)medical, commercial, or a comparable field and bring an interest in complex issues in the health and insurance sectors. Handling digital working tools is easy for you, and you bring a strong IT affinity. Knowledge of Syrius is an advantage. With your flexible and responsible nature, you set the right priorities.
