Engineer Process Machining (M/F) # \- Optimize machining processes and improve equipment performance \- Develop new processes, from prototype to industrialization \- Program and optimize CNC machines (including sapphire machining) \- Define machining strategies, parameters, tools and methods \- Lead process projects from A to Z: analysis, testing, validation, production \- Write and structure work instructions according to TWI standards \- Collaborate with production, quality, methods, R&D and sales teams \- Solve complex technical problems in production \- Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent \- Solid technical background in machining \- Proven experience in industrial projects and continuous improvement, in Switzerland \- Mastery of industrialization and optimization of machining processes \- Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma (asset) \- Analytical, structured, solution-oriented mind \- Good level of English (minimum B2) \- Residing in the Nord vaudois or nearby (strongly desired) Additional information: \- Type of contract: Full-time fixed \- Start date: As soon as possible \- Activity rate: 100% \- Location: Chéseaux - Noréaz, canton of Vaud \- Language: French - Current, English - Excellent level
