You work closely with top management and the HR team to ensure long-term personnel planning. You analyze HR trends, develop strategies for employee development and retention, and you advise and support managers on HR-relevant topics and contribute to the creation of a positive corporate culture. Profile Completed apprenticeship/training or many years of experience in personnel management. An analytical mindset and excellent communication and presentation skills are among your personal strengths, as well as the ability to deal with a wide variety of personalities.
