Payroll & HR Specialist (60-80%) The Howden Group is the largest insurance broker in Europe and is represented worldwide in 90 countries, at over 300 locations, with 16‘000 colleagues. Payroll & HR Specialist (60-80%) Are you a service-oriented HR personality with sound payroll experience and do you feel comfortable in a dynamic, international environment? Your tasks: You feel comfortable in an HR/Payroll generalist role You independently ensure the monthly payroll run for several Legal Entities You support monthly and annual closing work You are responsible for payroll preparation as well as the maintenance and processing of all personnel changes You work closely with our external fiduciary office You manage the entire personnel administration along the Employee Life Cycle from A to Z You are responsible for the administration of the social security system You manage time management and time recording You support the HR management with operational and administrative topics Your skills: Completed commercial basic training (EFZ) Further training in the HR field, for example as an HR-Fachfrau/-mann with federal diploma or in the field of social insurance Several years of professional experience in a comparable Payroll and HR function Very good German and English skills; French skills are a plus Sound user knowledge in Abacus as well as with und UKA Good knowledge of the payroll and social insurance system Agile mindset as well as an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working Enjoy supporting decentrally organized teams and locations What you can look forward to: A versatile and responsible role with a lot of individual responsibility A modern and international working environment Short decision-making paths and an open corporate culture Attractive employment conditions and development opportunities Would you like to make an important contribution with your payroll and HR expertise?
