Property Manager (100%) Your missions Manage a varied portfolio of buildings with professionalism and autonomy. Ensure the rental of properties (lease contracts, move-in/move-out inspections, follow-up). Supervise and coordinate technical works and building maintenance. Develop and maintain a relationship of trust with owners, tenants, and caretakers. Follow up on legal and litigation aspects (reminders, formal notices, complex files). Supervise the work of the management assistant dedicated to your portfolio. Your profile Commercial training (CFC or equivalent) completed by solid experience in real estate management (minimum 3 years) Interpersonal ease and excellent communication skills. Mastery of French (oral and written), with a very good writing sense. Solid knowledge of tenancy law Mastery of usual IT tools (MS Office, Garaio REM). Autonomous, rigorous, organized, and proactive personality. Driver's license mandatory. Additional assets: Federal Brevet in real estate management and/or mastery of German or English.
