Hauswart:in (a) 100% 80-100% \- Cleaning and maintenance of interior, exterior and green areas  \- Technical rounds as well as operation, control and maintenance of the facilities \- Carrying out small repairs and initial intervention in case of malfunction and damage reports \- Planning and executing maintenance work incl. control and documentation \- Waste management and disposal \- Winter service  \- Monitoring order and security \- Contact person for tenants, owners and service providers \- Billing of additional services \- Performing on-call duty \- Completed vocational training as Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ or technical basic training in the field of maintenance \- Professional experience in a similar function \- Manual dexterity and enjoyment of practical work \- Proficient IT skills \- Stylish German language skills in speaking and writing \- Structured and independent way of working
