Portrait of the school/institution ### The municipalities of Erlenbach i. S., Därstetten and Oberwil i. S. are located in Niedersimmental at the foot of the Stockhorn. The three municipalities have a total of four school buildings. Together, the municipalities have around 320 students from Cycle 1 to Cycle 3 (lower secondary level). The teaching team consists of four staff groups with -their own orientation and dynamics- and includes approximately 45 teachers. Tasks ### Together with the staff groups, you will maintain the good quality of our schools. You will take over the pedagogical and operational leadership. You are responsible for organization, communication, personnel management processes and administration. In addition, you are responsible for the school development strategy. A school secretariat supports you in the administrative area. Requirements ### You have completed school management training or the willingness to complete it. You are familiar with the public school system in the Canton of Bern and ideally bring several years of professional experience as a teacher. You have leadership qualities and high social competence. You are an organizational talent with an administrative flair. You have visions and design ideas for the further development of our school. You approach people openly, maintain contacts and like to network.
