For our establishment Tertianum Am Spisertor, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a Healthcare Specialist CFC 60-100% in night shift Your tasks • Global care and support of residents in accordance with our care concept and the care process • Taking charge of tasks as a reference person in care • Participation in the care process and in the assessment of care needs with RAI/BESA for the assigned residents • Electronic documentation of care via CareCoach • Participation in the group network for quality of care • Autonomous assumption of responsibility for the entire ward during the night shift Your profile • Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist CFC • Professional experience in long-term care desired • RAI knowledge desired or willingness to undergo this training • Warm and humorous attitude • Taste for varied challenges • Good command of German, oral and written Why Tertianum?
