Your tasks: Professional leadership and coordination of the construction site team (5–15 people) Planning, organization and monitoring of construction processes Ensuring timely and quality-compliant execution of road construction work Assignment of personnel, materials and machines Control of occupational safety, quality and documentation Collaboration with site management, clients and subcontractors Active participation in earthworks, asphalt and finishing works Leadership of smaller projects and deputy of the foreman Your profile: Completed apprenticeship in the construction industry (road construction/civil engineering) with further training as a foreman/EFZ foreman Several years of professional experience as a foreman in road construction Strong leadership qualities, assertiveness and team skills Very good knowledge of construction site organization and documentation Experience with construction machinery (excavators, rollers, asphalt equipment) Confident handling of digital tools (e.g. planning software, performance recording) Driver's license category B (BE/C1 an advantage), willingness to be on call German language skills (at least B2) We offer: Attractive salary Monthly salary, overtime pay, travel expenses Modern working materials and vehicle fleet Vacation, occupational pension provision Training opportunities Collegial team and good working atmosphere Workplace: Construction sites in the region
