Job Description As Product Manager for the further development and management of defined Managed Services (e.g., Cloud, Workplace, Security, Network, Infrastructure). You can create and present a business case for the management board based on all market facts, results of the analyses for the introduction of new products and Managed Services. Regular status synchronization and, if necessary, solution support with the technical development team are also part of your tasks. Creation of the product positioning, the market message and sales arguments for the target segments, as well as their communication to support marketing and sales. Developing and communicating a company-wide Go-to-Market plan, the leading cooperation with all necessary employees within the Go-to-Market team as well as the control of the implementation and execution. You support and challenge the Product Owner in the sense of the best solutions for our customers. Qualifications Technological knowledge in IT, preferably at a Managed Service Provider. A university of applied sciences degree in the field of business informatics or many years of relevant professional experience paired with professional as well as personal further training. A high customer orientation and sense of responsibility as well as the motivation to profitably support the further development of UMB. Sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology. Excellent German and good English skills in spoken and written form. Certifications in the areas of Product Management and ITIL are desirable.
