What you can achieve with us In consultation with the Case Manager for Integration, you clarify the entitlement to pension benefits in parallel with the integration. In doing so, you orient yourself toward the individual life situations and resources of the customers. You act reliably and independently by using your room for maneuver in favor of the customers. With empathy and a solution-oriented attitude, you maintain the dialogue with internal and external partners and work together on effective solutions. In the end, you ensure that pension entitlements are clarified in compliance with the law – with traceable decisions. Which skills are important to us You have a federal diploma as a social insurance specialist or are willing to complete this further training. You are highly service-oriented and have already demonstrated this in the service area of social or personal insurance. You enjoy taking responsibility and seek personal contact. Your training as a social insurance specialist with a federal diploma enables you to grasp situations holistically and classify them legally correctly. You organize yourself independently and efficiently. In personal and written exchange, you communicate clearly, understandably, and traceably, which creates trust. With your constructive and respectful behavior, you contribute to a good climate in the team. We are a bilingual (German-French) company, so good knowledge of the respective other language is an advantage.
