Production Worker in Pharma Fractionation Job Description For our production team in the fractionation area, we are looking for a motivated and committed individual at the Bern location as a Production Worker Pharma - Fractionation (100%) - (m/f/d) In this responsible role, you are part of the first production stage of our plasma processing. Together with your team, you process human blood plasma, thereby creating the basis for the manufacture of life-saving medicines. You work with modern production facilities in a GMP-regulated environment and, through your careful way of working, contribute decisively to the quality and safety of our products. Competencies and Responsibilities Carrying out the first processing steps of human blood plasma within the fractionation process. Operation, monitoring, and documentation of modern production facilities and process steps according to GMP guidelines. Preparation, pooling, and further processing of blood plasma according to defined manufacturing processes. Carrying out in-process controls as well as careful documentation of all production steps. Cleaning, maintenance, and changeover of production facilities as well as ensuring a proper condition of the cleanrooms and work areas. Collaboration in the analysis and rectification of process deviations as well as support for continuous improvement measures. Close cooperation within the production team to ensure a safe and efficient production process. Participation in regular shift work (early, middle, and late shifts including weekend services). Team-oriented personality with high commitment and sense of responsibility. Willingness to work in shift operation. Very good German language skills in spoken and written form.
