Your tasks • Ensure and implement planning in the SIA phases from the construction decision • Guarantee a suitable overall project organization with cost, deadline and quality monitoring • Lead planning and coordination meetings, including minutes • Local management of construction work with active construction site management • Know and enforce contractual agreements with partners as well as verify the quality of work • Establish measurements and invoices for contractors • Carry out receptions • You are responsible for plan checks within the framework of INIZIA quality assurance, contractual basis and SIA directives • Report to the construction management manager Your profile • You distinguish yourself through your independent, structured way of working and a high level of architectural quality awareness • Solid basic training in the construction sector, e.g. construction draughtsman with further training as a certified construction site manager or TS technician and TU experience • Above-average awareness of costs, deadlines and quality • Leadership qualities • Persuasive ability and negotiating skills • Mastery of common computer programs and construction administration software • You have knowledge of Swiss construction standards (SIA) • You are a communicative person, able to work in a team and solution-oriented What we offer As a young and prosperous company, we offer you an attractive working environment with a flat hierarchy and an autonomous and varied field of activity in which you can use and develop your expertise.
