The occupational therapy team consists of 16 occupational therapists and one activation therapist. We also train students and attach great importance to interprofessional training and team meetings, offering plenty of space for professional exchange and individual development in a collegial environment. Thanks to our close interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration, continuous development is possible. Your tasks • You lead the occupational therapy department in terms of personnel (approximately 16 occupational therapists) and ensure efficient operation. You are responsible for managing attendance and absences, recruiting and supporting new employees during their integration, as well as the organization and conduct of annual appraisals (MAG) and interim interviews • You guarantee quality in the occupational therapy department and develop it continuously. Furthermore, you participate in the interprofessional management meetings of medical therapies and take the lead on or collaborate in interprofessional projects • You perform occupational therapy assessments close to everyday life and centered on the patient, assessments as well as individual and group therapies (including robotics) and evaluate their effectiveness. Your focus is neurological rehabilitation in a hospital setting • You assume administrative tasks such as electronic documentation of follow-up, writing discharge reports as well as the organization of outpatient follow-up close to home • You work in close interprofessional collaboration with internal and external specialists • Participation in internal training and leadership days completes your field of activity Your profile • You are a graduate in occupational therapy (BSc). Ideally, you have developed your leadership skills with an MSc, MAS or CAS in this field • You have experience in team management and know how to encourage, support employees and achieve common goals • You possess solid experience in the treatment of neurological and epileptological patients • You are interested in neuro-rehabilitation and appreciate interprofessional collaboration as a key success factor for quality patient care • You work in a structured and efficient manner, keep an overview even in complex situations and think in a connected way • You distinguish yourself by your commitment, a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, and possess strong organizational and communication skills, addressing your interlocutors appropriately • Ideally, you have experience in professional integration and employment coaching Information about the position Claudia Roesle Head of medical therapy \+41 44 387 66 16 Information about the application Oliver Merki Recruiter \+41 44 387 61 40
