As a reliable partner, the experienced team accompanies customer projects from the idea through planning and tendering to realization. In doing so, it represents the interests of its clients in the various fields of construction and architecture. The goal is project success – for this, employees use their know-how and their goal-oriented approach. Your tasks: You prepare demanding construction projects by planning schedules and logistics, creating tenders and comparing offers, and preparing works contracts. In doing so, you coordinate with the clients, the authorities, and the project participants. Managing the construction projects is also part of your diverse range of tasks. You coordinate the work on the construction site and ensure that the plans are adhered to. In the event of changes, you exchange information with those involved and thus ensure smooth communication. You negotiate with companies and suppliers, take care of compliance with regulations, and prepare the final invoice. Administrative tasks such as monitoring the construction cost budget, documenting construction progress, minute-taking, and managing documents are also part of your activities. Are we looking for you? You have completed an apprenticeship as a structural draughtsman or technician and ideally have further training as an eidg. dipl. Bauleiter/in HFP or a comparable qualification. As an organizational talent, you always keep all tasks in view and can set meaningful priorities foresightfully, even in hectic times. You possess a high sense of responsibility, work in a solution-oriented manner, and value contact with all participants in the construction process.
