Process Owner PLM (w/m/d) Do you want to not only control processes, but actively develop them further and thus achieve an impact throughout the entire Migros Industrie? In this role, you are responsible for the central Idea-to-Market process. You bring together requirements, specialist departments, and implementation, and ensure that good ideas result in viable, standardized, and practical solutions. What you move You control the further development of central processes and prioritize requirements with a view to corporate benefit, standardization, and feasibility You coordinate the implementation of functional and technical requirements - from testing and training to documentation and communication You ensure that improvement measures are effectively implemented, adjacent processes are taken into account, and necessary changes are anchored in the business You provide functional leadership to the Process Managers in the business and ensure coordination between the specialist department, segments, IT, and committees What you bring Education: Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) Field of study: in business administration, business informatics, or similar Professional experience: Several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the area of Idea to Market / product lifecycle management You have a pronounced process and business understanding You work conceptually, structurally, and solution-oriented, and are able to capture different requirements, harmonize them, and transfer them into a clear target image You convince with pronounced communication and stakeholder competence.
