Work location: Burgdorf The Regionalgericht Emmental-Oberaargau in Burgdorf is the court of first instance for civil and criminal jurisdiction in the Emmental-Oberaargau region. For persons aiming to acquire the Bernese attorney patent (cf. Art. 4 of the Ordinance on the Attorney Examination), we offer a total of 5 internship positions. The following positions will be awarded: • Start 1 October 2027 (2 positions) • Start 1 November 2027 (1 position) • Start 1 February 2028 (2 positions) The internship lasts 6 months each with an employment degree of 100%. The position offers the opportunity to work in a team of law clerks, independently edit decisions and justifications of judgments, clarify legal issues, record minutes of proceedings, and gain examination-relevant experience in the fields of civil law (incl.
