WHAT YOU WILL DO : Manage and lead a team of around 20 people: organization of work, planning of resources and vacations, conflict management, development of skills and animation of a positive team spirit Organize and coordinate daily activities on production lines to ensure product and facility compliance Participate in planning and adjust the manufacturing program according to priorities and constraints Manage the unexpected (breakdowns, absences, material shortages) and adapt priorities to ensure continuity and reliability of operations Coordinate technical interventions with maintenance and support teams Foster a collaborative, empowering and performance-oriented work environment Ensure strict application of quality, hygiene, safety and environmental standards WHAT YOU BRING : Dairy technologist diploma or in food products, food technology engineer or agronomy training (Bachelor) or equivalent training Confirmed experience in production management in the industry, ideally in the food industry Oral and written mastery of French and/or German (minimum B2) Ease with common computer tools, MS office and ability to use company-specific tools (GMAO, ERP, etc...)
