Team Leader Assistant Project Managers

What you can make move. • As a Team Leader, you pilot and develop a team of about fifteen assistant project managers and ensure the efficient organization of the project office's services. You guarantee the quality, reliability of administrative services, support in various IT systems, and archiving provided to project managers and infrastructure projects. • Your organization of resources and priorities ensures the expected services and contributes to the continuous improvement of processes with the aim of improving the efficiency of project organization. • You accompany the deployment of the new version of SAP S4 and support the evolution of the digital skills of your team. • You identify, evaluate, and introduce new tools, particularly in the field of artificial intelligence. You lead the change until their sustainable adoption in daily practices. • Representing the team in national working groups, notably with your counterparts from other linguistic regions in German or Italian, allows you to contribute actively to the evolution of services, methods, and the profession, and your contributions are referenced there. What you bring. • You enjoy working in a team and demonstrate a marked service orientation with particular attention to the needs of your employees, your internal clients, and your partners. • Curiosity for digitalization and automation, you wish to advance practices through digitalization, automation, and the use of digital tools. • Initial experience in team leadership allows you to supervise, unite, and grow diverse profiles while accompanying them through change. • Knowledge of the railway sector and railway project management or the desire to acquire them quickly. • A degree from a University of Applied Sciences HES or equivalent training in project management, management, engineering, or a related field. • A minimum German level of B2 allows you to exchange ideas and defend your positions in national working groups.
