Responsible for the care and promotion of the residents, especially in key person work Guiding and supporting the residents in everyday activities such as cooking, cleaning, hygiene, medication intake, personal money management, as well as leisure activities Collaboration and coordination with care-related external organizations (social services, therapists, workplaces, guardianship authorities, etc.) Participation in crisis interventions Organization and coordination of special events within the residential group Regular and active participation in department meetings, resort meetings, staff meetings, and supervisions Administration of care-related data Co-designing the common rooms Participation in the maintenance of the building What you bring with you You have a degree in Social Work (social work, social pedagogy) or psychiatric nursing and already have experience in social psychiatry. Organizational skill is one of your strengths, you are resilient and react flexibly to requirements. In addition, you enjoy working in a team and solve problems constructively and solution-oriented.
