Event Logistics Specialist for Congresses, Banquets, Events and Catering

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Event Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) for congresses, banquets, events and catering from September 2026 or by agreement. Your tasks: • Setting up and dismantling events as well as cleaning and preparing event rooms • Ensuring cleanliness, order and an inviting appearance in all areas • Technical preparation and support of events (e.g. setting up and connecting event technology, furniture, stages) • Organizing, maintaining and storing event materials as well as carrying out minor repairs • Supporting the coordination of external service providers, suppliers and partners • Monitoring compliance with safety and quality standards as well as participating in inventory and logistics tasks Your profile: • Completed training in a technical or craft field, motivated lateral entrant with great interest in the event industry • Independent, structured and reliable way of working • High flexibility and willingness to work variable hours, including evening, weekend and night shift assignments • Physical resilience • Sense of responsibility in handling materials, infrastructure and resources • Strong quality and service awareness, even in hectic situations • Very good German language skills in word and writing
