Your new tasks • Participation in the sales phase, taking charge of the contractual and financial aspects. • Verification and opening of new projects in the internal tools. • FIN OPS support ensured in pairs with the OPS manager of the area. • Analysis of OPS Area results, with identification and proposals of solutions in order to ensure growth. • Providing training and participation in the animation of improvement workshops for OPS personnel. • Ensuring Fin support on the budgetary part and the steering of the KST. • Active management of opportunities and risks in collaboration with the Project Manager. • Co-responsibility of the Contract and Claim Management, including external negotiations, claims, Change-Orders, correspondence and SIA 118 standards. • Business financing, establishment of financial situations, issuing invoices and payment follow-up. • Guaranteeing FRG/accounting compliance as well as data quality in the tools. • Organization and animation of project review meetings. • Realization of financial analyses and KPIs in collaboration with the PM. • Establishment of specific reports and presentation to management. • Demonstrated competence in project closing.
