The position is initially fixed-term for 6 months (100 % workload). In the event of above-average performance and high commitment, there is the possibility of an extension or transition into a permanent position. Job Description In this position, you will take over the complete support and processing of leasing contracts and competently accompany customers throughout the entire leasing process: Professional multilingual customer consulting in the leasing environment (German, French, Italian) by telephone and in written form Creation, control, and processing of leasing and financing offers including contract documents Responsibility for the complete process chain from the offer phase through to the contract conclusion and to proper archiving Answering contractual and financial questions as well as solution-oriented processing of customer concerns and complaints Careful recording and complete documentation of all customer contacts and contract processes Active collaboration in the further development and improvement of workflows, systems, and processes in the leasing area Profile To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate brings: Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification Initial professional experience (1-2 years) in wholesale financing, leasing, or in the automotive industry is an advantage Very good German skills as well as fluent French skills in spoken and written form Knowledge of Italian is an advantage Routine in handling MS Office as well as experience in working with CRM and internal systems Team-oriented, motivated personality with high initiative Very structured, exact way of working and strong attention to detail Strong service and customer orientation The Offer What's on Offer?
