Tasks You will take over the system-supported administrative processing of outpatient nursing contributions and ensure correct payment. You will check the submitted services for plausibility and clarify deviations directly with the service providers, health insurance companies, and other offices. You will actively participate in the further development of the processing of nursing contributions and contribute to the optimization of processes as well as the specialist application ORION. You will advise and empower Spitex organizations as well as freelance nursing professionals regarding the billing of their services and serve as a reliable contact person for various stakeholder groups. You will create analyses, reportings, and support the team management with administrative tasks and events. About us The Städtische Gesundheitsdienste (SGD) are a service department of the Gesundheits- und Umweltdepartement with around 250 employees, offering a variety of health services for the population of the city of Zürich. These include the areas Stadtärztlicher Dienst (SAD), Zürich im Alter (ZiA), Public Health (PH), Spitex, and Management & Services. The Spitex business unit is responsible for the strategic control of Spitex care in the City of Zürich and contract management with three contract partners with around 1600 employees. Furthermore, this area also functions as a contact and billing office for the alignment of nursing contributions in the outpatient sector and maintains contacts with around 450 service providers and 13 contract municipalities.
