Handling of incoming and outgoing trains, organization and control of shunting maneuvers (including journeys according to FDV) and implementation of technical train inspections. Communication and cooperation with central interfaces such as the control center, transport disposition, network management and locomotive personnel. Forward-looking management of equipment at the hub, continuous monitoring of operational processes and solution-oriented, corrective intervention in the event of an incident. Active participation in the creation of new hub and shunting concepts, participation in the continuous improvement process. Requirements Completed training as a locomotive driver (category Ai40/A40) or truck driver's license category C/C/E Willingness to acquire the respective missing qualification (driver's license C/CE or shunting license A40/Ai40) Experience and willingness to learn in the application of digital programs and systems Outstanding organizational talent and networked thinking for smooth processes, combined with a high service and solution orientation.
