To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person for the position of junior field sales representative, French-speaking Switzerland region, 100 % (m/f) Join our team as a junior field sales representative! If you have a sense of contact and know how to maintain and develop customer relationships, if you like finding creative solutions and have already proven yourself in field sales, then you are exactly the person we need. We need your enthusiasm for customer advice, tailor-made solutions, and their implementation! Your missions • Maintenance and development of relationships with existing customers through regular visits, communication, and support of our existing customers in order to deepen and develop business relationships in the sales area assigned to you • Rigorous drafting and follow-up of offers until the sale is concluded • Identification and prospecting of new customers through active research and initial contact in order to present our innovative solutions • Negotiation of prices, payment terms, and other contractual details • Processing of orders in collaboration with other departments to ensure that customer requirements are fully met and within the deadlines • Sales promotion measures in collaboration with the sales manager • Management of complaints • Assembly, repairs, and maintenance work on flagpoles and flag systems • Close collaboration with your colleagues from the administrative services, the graphics department, and production • Participation in internal meetings focused on product development and customer relations We offer you • An exciting and responsible position within a flourishing company • A position of responsibility with a high degree of autonomy and great freedom of action • A company car that can also be used for private purposes • A mobile phone and a laptop • The possibility to participate in the development of a renowned and future-oriented company • Short decision-making processes and a horizontal hierarchy • A friendly working atmosphere full of humor What you bring • You live in French-speaking Switzerland • Completed training • You speak French (native language) and German (minimum B1 level) • Initial professional experience in sales, preferably in field service • Proficiency in MS Office programs • Manual dexterity • A sense of proportions and technical solutions • A talent for communication with customers and prospecting • A sense of synthesis and a structured and precise way of working Our interdisciplinary team is flexible, dynamic, motivated, creative, and full of humor.
