The company is characterized by state-of-the-art GMP-compliant infrastructure, high quality standards, and a strong market position in the life sciences environment. Your tasks: • GxP-compliant documentation of all work steps and processes performed in warehouse operations • Goods receipt including unloading of transport vehicles, incoming inspection, and complete storage of goods • Booking, release, and acknowledgment of goods receipts in the warehouse management system (WMS) • Preparation and processing of goods outbound including loading of trucks, taking weight distribution into account • Ensuring compliance with temperature specifications, dwell times, and permitted temperature ranges • Coordination of internal transports as well as support of intralogistics in the filling process • Professional handling and shipment of hazardous goods according to applicable regulations • Operation and maintenance of industrial trucks (counterbalance forklift, pedestrian stacker) in compliance with safety regulations and use of PPE • Forwarding of samples as well as execution of individually assigned tasks • Ensuring order and cleanliness in storage areas and traffic routes including proper waste disposal Your profile: • Completed vocational training as Logistiker EFZ or comparable qualification • Sound professional experience in the pharmaceutical environment with demonstrable GxP knowledge (GMP, GSP, GDP) • Careful and precise documentation and recording practice in regulated work environments • Experience in loading and unloading trucks as well as in handling warehouse management systems • Confident handling of common MS Office applications • SUVA-recognized forklift license (counterbalance and pedestrian stacker) • Very good German skills in speaking and writing; English skills are an advantage • Strong teamwork skills, punctuality, as well as an independent, responsible way of working Your advantages with nemensis Nemensis AG is your specialized recruitment agency in the field of Life Sciences based in Basel Comprehensive advice and support in the application process by our consultants Access to a large customer network and exciting positions in Northwest Switzerland Fast and uncomplicated entry through individual guidance and advice in the application process Apply now At nemensis ag, we have already connected thousands of applicants with their dream job and given them the opportunity to develop further or re-enter the labor market.
