We look forward to reinforcements! ## As a Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ Gesundheit, you take a central position in the administrative area of the healthcare sector. You will work in areas such as patient disposition, patient administration, human resources, finance and accounting, as well as the central warehouse. As a regional hospital/acute hospital with emergency services, a nursing home, and Spitex, we are responsible for the basic medical care of the Davos population and guests. Just as important to us, however, is the well-being of our employees. With us, you will work in a manageable company that is nevertheless extremely important for the region. As of 1 August 2027, we offer an Apprenticeship Kauffrau/-mann EFZ ## Training Process • Three-year training with completion as Kauffrau/Kaufmann with a Swiss Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (EFZ) • Training at three learning locations: training company, vocational school, and inter-company courses • Competencies to be acquired: professional action, general administrative work, logistics, personnel administration, tariff systems, insurance, business management key figures, rights and obligations, data protection Requirements • Completed compulsory schooling • Good German skills • Good oral as well as written expression skills • Good comprehension, networked thinking • Team and organizational skills • Good manners as well as customer-oriented behavior • Empathy • Joy in working on the computer • Flair for numbers Perspectives • Berufsmaturität (part-time, full-time) • Various professional examinations • Higher professional examinations • Higher technical colleges or universities of applied sciences We start the selection process for the Kauffrau/Kaufmann apprenticeship for the following year in August.
