Leiter*in ReFIT (80 - 100 %) Dedicate your commitment to the city of Luzern and promote, together with the social services, the sustainable integration of individuals into the primary labor market. Leiter*in ReFIT (80 - 100 %) Your tasks You lead the ReFIT team personally, professionally, and organizationally and develop the approximately 15 employees targeted. You are responsible for the organization and coordination of orders and requests between the ReFIT department and the social services. You plan and accompany work deployments and ensure efficient and high-quality work processes. You participate in the development and further development of concepts as well as specialist topics and take on the management of smaller projects. You work closely with internal and external partners and ensure professional cooperation. You support budget planning and monitor costs as well as resources in your area of responsibility. You take on standby duty for the city of Luzern. Your profile You have completed a vocational training with EFZ, ideally in a craft or technical field. In addition, you bring a subject-specific further education (e.g. pedagogical further education, master's examination, federal certificate of proficiency or diploma). You have leadership experience and have completed further training in the field of leadership. You approach people in different life situations with high social competence, empathy, and joy in cooperation. You communicate clearly, in a target-group-oriented manner, and appear confident and professional. You work independently, solution-oriented, and maintain an overview even in demanding situations. You have a driver's license of categories B and BE. With 15 work integration positions, we in the "Team ReFIT" provide optimal preparation for the 1st labor market.
