You have a practical apprenticeship under your belt – but not necessarily as a carpenter? No problem. At our company, a trained glass apparatus builder has already made the leap into TT, and currently, an auto mechanic with great organizational talent is rocking the project work. Even with training as a polymechanic or from another technical profession, you are in the right place with us. We are not looking for titles, we are looking for smart people. What awaits you: Depending on your qualifications, you will first start as a clerk in AVOR (work preparation) and qualify from there step by step to become a project manager. As a project manager, you will lead your own door projects from A to Z – from on-site measurement at the customer's premises to bills of materials, material orders, and production documents, up to cost control and final invoicing. You coordinate between the customer, production, and assembly while maintaining an overview. In the beginning, you will be closely supported; over time, more and more will pass through your hands – as fast as you are ready. What you should bring with you: • a completed practical apprenticeship (carpenter, joiner, polymechanic, or similar) – or a completed degree and a desire for practical work • spatial imagination – you can already see the door before it is built • motivation to throw yourself into something new and to withstand pressure • independence and the will to take on responsibility • done project management before? Super. Never before? Also fine – we will teach you what you need.
