In this versatile function, you will take on a central role in our logistical processes and, together with a seasoned team of 6–8 employees, make a significant contribution to a smooth material flow. We are looking for a committed personality who combines operational strength with high willingness to work and also keeps an overview in a dynamic environment. You will convince us with reliability, a pronounced hands-on mentality, and a structured, responsible, and solution-oriented way of working. How you will make an impact... • Professional packaging and commissioning of orders according to commissioning orders, packaging instructions, and quality standards, ensuring timely delivery • Loading and unloading of goods as well as internal material transport using forklifts and floor conveyors • Processing of incoming goods, in particular from deliveries from subsidiaries • Determining the internal demand for packaging materials such as wooden boxes, pallets, and other auxiliary materials for the packaging department • Creating deliveries, commissioning lists, and handling units in SAP S/4HANA (SD module) as well as reporting deviations to the supervisor • Flexible collaboration in the packaging and goods receipt areas as well as shared responsibility for the maintenance and cleaning of the forklifts What you bring... • Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ, with several years of experience in warehouse logistics, packaging, and incoming goods • Valid SUVA-recognized forklift license (R1) required • Manual skills as well as experience in handling wood packaging, boxes, or comparable packaging solutions • User knowledge in SAP (preferably SAP S/4HANA) and common MS-Office programs • Very good German language skills (at least level C1) and English language skills are an advantage What we offer? • Company participation in a annual season ticket to 50% and the MA also receives the entire public transport network (ZVV/Ostwind) • Above-average salary continuation in case of accident or illness • Own cafeteria with meal options at reasonable prices • Central location in the middle of Rapperswil with close public transport connections and many restaurants and shopping opportunities We look forward to hearing from you soon!
