This is your contribution • Check incoming applications for the adjustment of the AL for their completeness and with regard to fulfillment of the criteria of efficiency, suitability and economy (WZW) • Responsible for the timely creation of the dossiers for the meetings of the competent extra-parliamentary commission with a focus on the scientific and technical assessment of laboratory analyses • Responsible for providing information to external specialists regarding fundamental questions of cost coverage of laboratory analyses and pricing in the area of the AL • Lead working groups, participate in expert committees and represent the office in the assigned specialist area What makes you unique • Medical doctor (federal medical diploma or equivalent diploma and practical experience in medicine) with laboratory medicine knowledge or • University diploma with practical experience in human medicine or with good knowledge in human medicine or experience in leading a medical laboratory • FAMH training or MPH are an advantage • Sound knowledge regarding critical and systematic assessment of study results • Strong curiosity and openness to learn new things with enjoyment of teamwork • High linguistic expressiveness in German, French or Italian as well as good knowledge of a second official language and good English skills What we offer • Working for Switzerland We are committed to the success model Switzerland and work for the benefit of the population. • Lived diversity Thanks to equal opportunity we develop our competencies and bring in different perspectives. • Healthy at the workplace We support and advise our employees in the area of physical and mental health.
