Senior Business Analyst (M/F)

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work on cross-functional digital transformation projects. You will be responsible for conducting functional analyses, formalizing needs, and ensuring their proper consideration by the implemented solutions. You will also lead the functional validation strategy, user acceptance, and coordination of business tests. Your main missions Elicit, analyze, and prioritize business needs Identify functional and non-functional requirements Formalize functionalities in the form of User Stories and acceptance criteria Manage and prioritize the backlog in collaboration with stakeholders Ensure the solution's compliance with validated requirements Analyze and control change requests Lead workshops using agile techniques and collective intelligence Negotiate and simplify functionalities when necessary Define the strategy, organization, and planning of tests Design and execute test scenarios Organize and lead user acceptance tests Coordinate the execution of tests by different stakeholders Manage anomalies until the validation of corrections Produce indicators, reports, and test records Contribute to projects related to reference systems and data quality Ensure clear communication between departments, technical teams, and management Your profile Higher degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent training Minimum eight years of experience in functional analysis or business analysis Minimum three years of experience in Agile or Scrum teams Significant experience in writing User Stories Mastery of user acceptance testing management Experience in defining and implementing test strategies Mastery of Jira and experience with Xray or an equivalent tool Ability to analyze risks and assess the criticality of a situation Ability to negotiate with multiple stakeholders Excellent mastery of French, both written and spoken Leadership, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to present complex concepts simply Appreciated skills CBAP, IIBA, or ISTQB certification Experience in implementing data reference systems Knowledge of test automation practices Knowledge of a structured Agile methodology Mastery of a second language, particularly English or German Experience in a large organization or a regulated environment Working at Athenco means joining a group that puts people at the heart of its concerns, recognized as a Great Place to Work several times.
