Product & Application Manager Lab Diagnostics (w/m) Region Basel, Deutschschweiz Exciting position at the interface of product and customer Our client is a successful SME with a broad product portfolio in the field of laboratory diagnostics. The company, based in the Basel region, serves customers in hospital and private laboratories in the area of in-vitro test systems, for example in PCR diagnostics. To support the company's further development, we are looking for a technically competent and communicative person on behalf of our client. You can look forward to: Varied and versatile activities, in which you can make a significant impact Family-friendly working atmosphere with flat hierarchies Direct customer contact with laboratories throughout Switzerland Your tasks and areas of responsibility: You are the expert for a broad product portfolio of devices and consumables for in-vitro diagnostics Tests in hospital and private laboratories You support sales and customers in all technical and product-related questions You install new test systems directly at customers, train and support customers in the application of these systems in the laboratory You promote products digitally as well as at trade fairs, congresses, and events You are responsible for all Quality and Regulatory topics related to your products You are in the office for about 2 days a week and otherwise work from home, at customers, or at events (travel activity around 25-30%) Your profile: Natural science (e.g. biology) or technical education (e.g. BMA) with very good knowledge in the field of in-vitro diagnostics Good knowledge in molecular biology and immunology Experience as Product Manager, Product or Application Specialist Negotiation-secure German language skills (C1+) as well as good English language skills, knowledge of other languages desirable and of great advantage Call us or send your application documents with reference number JB-170.
