Specialist Staff (Assistant Educator, Group Leader etc.) Workload 60% - 80%, by arrangement Start date July / August Job description Function As an Assistant Educator or Co-Group Leader, you support the Group Leader in the pedagogical care, promotion, and guidance of the children. You share responsibility for the design of daily group life and, together with the team, ensure a loving, safe, and development-promoting environment. Tasks and Responsibilities Pedagogical Work Care and guidance of the children in everyday life. Support of the individual development of the children according to their age and developmental stage. Planning, co-designing, and implementation of pedagogical activities and projects. Promotion of the social, emotional, motor, and cognitive skills of the children. Observation and documentation of the children's developmental steps. Collaboration with the Group Leader Support of the Group Leader in organizational and pedagogical tasks. Assumption of responsibility in the absence of the Group Leader within the scope of competencies. Participation in the planning of the daily, weekly, and annual program. Ensuring compliance with concepts, guidelines, and quality standards. Collaboration with parents Friendly and professional exchange with parents and legal guardians. Passing on relevant information about the well-being and development of the children. Participation in parent meetings by arrangement with the Group Leader. Teamwork Active participation in team meetings and internal further training. Promotion of an open, respectful, and appreciative team culture. Support of learners, female interns, and male interns in everyday life. Organization and Housekeeping Assistance in the preparation of meals and compliance with hygiene standards. Responsibility for order, cleanliness, and safety in the group rooms. Careful handling of materials and facilities of the Kinderkrippe Krümel. Requirements Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung Kind EFZ or comparable recognized training. Professional experience in the area of family-supplementary childcare is an advantage. Creativity and commitment in pedagogical work. Good German language skills in speaking and writing.
