This is what you will do. • As a scientific assistant at the Zentrum Digital Learning, you coordinate projects and initiatives and take responsibility for their successful implementation. • You design events and communicate in an audience-appropriate, committed manner and with joy with different target groups. • It motivates you to open up new subject areas, develop innovative approaches, and connect different subject areas with one another. • You design learning environments in which technology, design, and didactics interact effectively, with the goal of creating user-centered and sustainable learning experiences. • You actively help shape complex higher education didactic projects with technological expertise, conceptual strength, and agile working methods. • You work proactively with various subject areas within the PH Zürich as well as with external partners from universities, NGOs, and the economy and promote sustainable cooperations. This is what you bring with you. • You have a completed Master's degree at a Pädagogische Hochschule or a comparable university with higher education didactic or pedagogical continuing education. • You have experience in the application of KI systems and bring competencies in the area of AI Literacy. • You have knowledge and experience in the areas of design, Interaction Design, process design, or ideation. • You bring a joy for design and want to actively help shape the future of the education system. • Thanks to your broad repertoire of didactic methods as well as your experience in project coordination, you move confidently in complex organizational structures. Ideally, you have already used these competencies in the higher education environment or are motivated to familiarize yourself quickly. • You think about complex educational processes both creatively and structurally and bring openness to innovation and transformation in the higher education sector.
