Bern (and home office) | 60-80% (job sharing possible) What you can contribute • Professionally ensure substitution for Information Management in case of absence • Independently handle technical and administrative tasks, prepare analyses, reports and documentation, and support organizational units in the implementation of processes and tools • Prepare reports, statistics, presentations and graphical analyses • Manage and control business documentation and information archiving • Manage summaries, calendars and task lists, as well as management tools • Provide support for the planning, organization and implementation of training and qualification measures <br /> What makes you unique • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification • Ideally, holder of the FSEA certificate as a trainer/facilitator of training sessions • Demonstrate a rigorous, structured and reliable working method • Ability to quickly grasp connections between concepts, to adopt global thinking and to invest oneself with a strong team spirit • Very good IT skills in the use of MS Office products, experience with SAP (FI/CO/AA), practical experience in project management, planning, communication and coordination of IT and financial operations • Oral and written knowledge in a second official language <br /> In a few words You will ensure that processes are clear and fluid through a careful and structured working method.
