In this role as a technician, you have the opportunity to decisively support the Home & Business customer service of the Bern branch. Technician Home & Business 80 - 100 % (m/f/d) What you achieve You realize varied projects in the field of modern alarm and video surveillance systems and actively contribute your ideas. You install and maintain innovative security solutions at our customers' sites and work with current technologies in the areas of intrusion, video, and fire detection technology. You install new intrusion, video, and fire protection systems, commission them, instruct the customers, and hand over the systems professionally. You perform maintenance work, repair existing systems, reliably resolve malfunctions, and expand them to ensure maximum security. You advise and support our customers competently in all technical questions and ensure trust. You work closely with the project manager and coordinate projects efficiently within the team. After your induction phase, you will responsibly take on on-call duties (approx. 5-6 weeks per year). You inspire our customers with your commitment and ensure the highest satisfaction. You are deployed at our customers' sites throughout Switzerland and are mobile and flexible. In individual cases, overnight stays on-site are also part of your daily work routine. What you bring With your basic technical training EFZ (e.g., electrical installer, automation technician, telematics technician, or similar), you bring the ideal foundation. You confidently apply your good knowledge of IT and network technology in your daily work. You work independently, think solution-oriented, and convince with a reliable and flexible way of working that our customers can rely on. Knowledge of a second national language is a valuable plus. You possess a category B driver's license. You have an impeccable record (criminal record and debt enforcement register extract).
