Department Manager: Sanitary

In order for us to expand the future wishes and needs of our customers with our sanitary department, we are looking for a Building Services Technician EFZ as Department Manager: Sanitary (60 – 100 %) with personnel leadership responsibility What you should bring for this position: • Completed vocational training as a Building Services Technician Sanitary with professional experience • Further education, Higher Federal Examination or TS in Building Services Planning Sanitary • Very good technical, organizational and communicative skills • Good knowledge of MS-Office and CAD incl. 3-D bathroom planning • Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented thinking, initiative • Enjoyment of customer contact, resilience in a lively daily business • Exact, responsible and independent way of working • Competence and friendliness towards our customers • Flexibility, punctuality and reliability, well-groomed and friendly appearance What you can expect: • An upbeat, dynamic team in a company with 40 years of experience in the building services industry • Independent work, in which you are allowed to contribute and your ideas and requests for change are heard • Own company vehicle • Modern infrastructure with many digital working possibilities, home office • Well-developed social benefits • Constant further training opportunities
