Then we are looking for you! -------------------- Task ## During your training at ESA you will have the opportunity to work in various departments, such as Finance, Purchasing, Disposition, Marketing or Sales Support. In addition, you will be in exchange with our locations and customers from all over Switzerland. Your tasks • Administrative work on the computer with Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams) and the data processing system SAP • Written correspondence (letters, e-mail, offers etc.) in German and French • Assistance in accounting • Creating statistics • Receiving and handling telephone and written customer inquiries, orders and complaints • Support in product procurement and preparation of product information  • Profile ## What you bring with you • Before the start of your apprenticeship, you have completed Sekundarstufe l at secondary school level or completed the 10th school year at Realschulniveau • You enjoy working on the computer • You enjoy contact with people • You have a sense for numbers and are interested in economic topics • You can express yourself well orally and in writing • You have attended French and English continuously and have an interest in foreign languages • You have a quick grasp and are an organizational talent • You are independent, reliable and responsible • What we offer you Our diverse apprenticeships enable you to receive a holistic vocational training in an exciting and familiar working environment.
