Start of employment: 1. August 2026 or by agreement Place of work: Bern We are the central specialist agency for medicinal products and narcotics in the canton of Bern. With a broad spectrum of tasks, the Pharmaceutical Service ensures that safety and quality are guaranteed in the manufacture, storage, application and dispensing of medicinal products. Your tasks <br /> • Answering specialist-specific inquiries/questions on the implementation of medicinal product legal requirements from specialists, authorities, politics and media • Checking and processing reports and self-declarations (e.g. own formulas, preparation of medical products, abuse and illegal import of medicinal products) • Conception, creation and further development of information sheets, implementation aids and specialist instructions • Supporting the department on inspection topics, e.g. conducting inspections in pharmacies, drugstores, doctor's offices and other health care institutions, evaluating measures plans and implementation reports, updating protocols, collaborating on the digitization project • Processing political initiatives, preparing government council decisions and drafting co-reports in the medicinal product area as well as collaborating on consultations and revisions of laws, ordinances and co-reports in the medicinal product area <br /> Your profile <br /> • federally certified pharmacist • Knowledge of regulatory handling of medicinal products and ideally medical products • At least 2-3 years of experience in the office.
