As an association of non-profit housing developers, Wohnbaugenossenschaften Schweiz supports its members with diverse services in the areas of financing, consulting, continuing education, events, political lobbying, and public relations. For our office in Zürich, we are looking for someone, immediately or by arrangement, as a Program Management Continuing Education 60% Our continuing education offer includes over 50 courses and four diploma programs for non-profit housing developers. You are responsible for the conception, planning, and organization of the program as well as for the further development of certain course offerings. You observe the needs of our target groups, develop new formats, and ensure the quality as well as the economic management of the offerings. In addition, you work together with lecturers and external partners. You look after and manage the participants and contribute to the positioning of our continuing education program. We are looking for a personality with strong conceptual and organizational skills with higher professional or academic education and experience in the development, implementation, and marketing of continuing education. You bring experience in project management or project leadership and ideally possess specialist knowledge in organizational development, leadership, or coaching. Experience in an association or an NPO, stylish German, good French skills, as well as confident handling of digital applications round off your profile.
