You will support our employees in ensuring a sustainable, safe, and compliant working environment, in accordance with ISO standards and legal requirements. Your area of responsibility Ensuring, maintaining, and further developing the areas of nonconformities, corrective actions, continuous improvements, and occupational safety & health protection. Conducting and documenting Q-circle meetings, root-cause analyses (5Why, Ishikawa, etc.), corrective actions and their improvements, risk assessments, and investigation of accident events. Optimization and further development through training and operational awareness regarding the topic of nonconformities and occupational safety (e.g., through Gemba walks). Ensuring compliance with normative areas regarding nonconformities, corrective actions, continuous improvements, as well as legal requirements for occupational safety. Plus the support and execution of audits. Organizational lead of the Q-circles as well as the emergency organization (evacuation drills, first responders, etc.) Your profile A completed basic technical education with further training in the field of occupational safety & nonconformities such as improvements. At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company. Solid knowledge of labor and safety law as well as ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 with a focus on nonconformities, corrective actions, and continuous improvements. Independent methodical way of working and good communication and persuasiveness, ability to work with a wide variety of parties (local, global, internal, and external). Fluent German and English skills, French is a plus.
